I’m Rosie Red, and I’m just one year old, which means I can still be a bit of a puppy sometimes. And, okay, I hate to say it, but I do fit the redhead stereotype; I can be a little sassy and fiery, with a lot of energy to burn, and I will make you work to earn my trust. That said, once you’re on my good side, I am a super friendly girl. I absolutely love it when you rub my tummy, and don’t worry, I’ll let you know when I’m ready for attention. Despite my boundless energy and sometimes sassy ways, I know how to be gentle with kiddos and don’t mind some pets and hugs from the little ones. I haven’t quite figured out how to come when called yet – or maybe I just don’t want to – and this can turn into a game of chase if you try to force it. I’m quickly learning leash manners and am tightening up my potty training now that I’m learning a new routine. I do like other dogs and rough-housing, but I need a proper introduction before I’m ready to throw down.
