Do you know how the beachy Mai Tai got it's name? According to legend, California tiki bar owner Trader Vic first served this cocktail to a friend visit from Tahiti, and after one sip, she exclaimed, "Mai tai-roa ae!", which means "out of this world - the best!" (Just like me!) Like the famous drink I'm also sweet, in fact, my foster people nicknamed me "Sweetheart". They say I have a good soul, and I just love to play and cuddle. I was a little shy at first but now that I'm getting comfortable my personality is really blossoming! I enjoy the safety of my crate but I secretly want to hang out on any lap I can find. One thing I definitely need in my new home is some small stuffed animals! I absolutely love them and they calm me. I carry them around ever so gently, clean them and snuggle with them like they are my babies. Another thing I'd like is treat-os, I have a good appetite and I think they are yummy!
