Hello! My name isEsmeand I would love to meet you!

Hello, I'm Esme! I'm an adorable pint-sized husky and I'm such a love bug! I always want to be by my human's side and I'm eager to please. When my foster mom takes my picture, she mostly gets a close up of my eye because I'm always right there! I love getting pets and attention.

I do well in my kennel during the day and overnight. Inside I am very chill and just like to be near everyone. I haven't been destructive or gotten into anything. I am a champ at holding my pees and have only ever had one accident when I first arrived. Before I came here I had a traumatic few weeks - I had puppies and then I lost my home. At first I was not interested in the other dogs here, but as I've settled in my social butterfly is coming out. Now I run and do zoomies! So far I'm not a wrestler. I could probably be happy with other fursiblings or as an only dog getting all the lovies. We also have 2 of these hissy little creatures here - they call them kitties. First I tried to chase them and the hooman said "no", so I quickly stopped. Then I cornered one and it smacked me so now I leave them alone. We can now be in the same room together and we're all relaxed and ignoring each other. With some supervision and guidance, I think I could be suitable for a household with dog-savvy kitties.
