Hi I'm Crayon! Like my name suggests, I have a beautiful unique look! If you were coloring me with Crayolas, I would suggest a combo of Chestnut, Tumbleweed, and Burnt Sienna for my tan furs with red for my dark highlights, and Gold for my beautiful, striking eyes! But I am more than just good looks! I'm a sweet, silly, and sensitive soul. I can be shy and skittish and need a gentle, patient owner who will take the time to bond with me. I just turned one year old so I'm past the difficult puppy months but still a playful, energetic youngster!

I'm a vocal boy with a big bark! I won't use it all day for no reason, but I will definitely let you know if someone comes in the house. I also love to howl along with sirens when I hear them. I will tell you my thoughts and needs with a quieter whine. I do great in a kennel and I stay in a bedroom all day currently while my person is at work. I am not destructive other than cardboard boxes that I'm allowed to shred! I love toys of all kinds. Another thing I love is running! I have gone to a dog park where I've done great with dogs my size. I need a secure yard or a leash because I can scale a chainlink fence to take myself running. I know it's dangerous but the temptation is so great ... thankfully I have always returned on my own so far.
