Hello! My name is Calix and I'm an older gentleman of small stature looking for a home with squishy dog beds and hoomans who love to give pets. I get along great with lots of laid-back dogs who appreciate an occasional bout of play or backyard zoomies, but also appreciate nap time! I would also be fine in a home where I get all of the doggy love. The first nine years of my life were spent outside on a concrete slab, and those hot summers and harsh winters left me with some back issues. I take my pill every day and I feel great, but I would do best in a home where I only have to manage a couple of stairs. I’m not a fan of the kennel, but I have such nice indoor manners that I'm pretty trustworthy roaming the house or baby gated into a smaller space when you’re gone. If you have space in your home and heart for an older guy who is looking for a soft spot to live out his remaining years, put my name on the application and let’s meet!
