Owner surrender from Nebraska
Kaisha's world was turned upside down when she had to leave her yard and other husky playmates after 6 years. The economy had taken it's toll on Kaisha's owner and she needed to take the steps to find her a new home. Kaisha is tolerant and sweet, but likes to hide until she feels comfortable. She would do best in a home with other dogs, preferably huskies. Loud noises and sudden movements startle her so she would probably be happiest in a quiet adult home. We realize that finding a home for Kaisha isn't going to be easy - it will take that special, patient person who's willing to give her time and a lot of love.
Kaisha is crate trained and house trained. She's never been taught basic obediance so she will need some help with "sit", "down", and "leave it". She loves to run so a yard with a secure fence is required. We don't think she's ever been around cats so we are unsure about how she would do with them, our assumption is that a home with no cats is best, although her personalty doesn't suggest high prey drive.
