Nikita didn't know what was in store for her. Her owner asked a friend where she could go to euthanize her dog. The friend responded with shock - she didn't realize Nikita was sick. Nikita's owner replied that Nikita was healthy; she was just tired of having her and wanted to get rid of her. The friend immediately picked Nikita up with the intent of saving her life and eventually found Taysia Blue SHR to help.
Nikita is such a happy, energetic girl; it's hard to believe she had a sad life. She deserves a wonderful forever home. She loves to follow you around and be near you. She has a smile that doesn't end.
Nikita is learning how to enjoy her crate, she is housetrained. She needs some work on basic obedience commands. She has a lot of energy and would love to find a home where she can get daily walks and run in a yard.
She is smaller than a typical Siberian husky, she stands just 18" high and weight certainly isn't a problem for her!
