If you live in Nebraska and want to assist our rescue efforts and help educate the public about Siberian Huskies then you’ve come to the right place!  There are many different ways to help Taysia Blue Siberian Husky Rescue Inc., you can either volunteer from home, head out on the road or get involved in

If you'd like to volunteer from home we have dozens of things that will keep you busy like checking applications, calling shelters, writing for the newsletter, keeping our social media fans informed, coordinating events or even compiling reports for our grants committee.

If you’re more of a social butterfly or road warrior, we certainly have some opportunities for you including attending a meet and greet, transporting dogs, or adoption counseling.

We always need foster homes too!  There are so many different aspects to rescue that you may be surprised how you can help.

Once we receive your volunteer application, one of our members will contact you to let you know they have started the review process. If you have any questions along the way, you can feel free to contact our volunteer coordinator at volunteer@taysiablue.com. Once your application has been reviewed, the volunteer coordinator will contact you to finalize any paperwork and you will soon be on your way to becoming a rescue volunteer. New volunteers are provided with a mentor to help them get started. This mentor is someone who has been involved in rescue and will help to guide the new volunteer with what area(s) will best match their interests.
