The information you provide in this application helps us to determine which Siberian personality will best match your home. Please fill out this entire application to the best of your knowledge. This application must be completed and submitted by an adult member of the household.

Foster families are desperately needed to help answer the calls that come in on a regular basis. Please fill out the volunteer application and indicate your interest in fostering. Volunteer application.
All dogs in our rescue receive the following standard of vet care:
- Spay/Neuter Surgery
- Heartworm Testand preventative.
- Rabies vaccination
- DHLPvaccination
- Bordatella
- Flea and tick preventative
- Microchip
Our adoption donation requirements are as follows:
- Puppies 6 months of age or younger require a donation of $350. In addition.
- Dogs over 6 months and under 8 years old require a donation of $300.
- Dogs 8 years and older require a donation of $200.
